Unhappy 1986 4runner 2.4L EFI stock (no electrical power)

I just turned it off to go in the store and she never did anything else after that. I get no power to anything. nothing on the dash when i turn the key. No power to headlights or parking lights. The battery is good and strong. I jumped the posts on the starter with a flathead with the key turned over and it just wouldn't fire. I got towed around in 2nd gear and she still wouldn't fire. I'm rather new to working on my old yota. All I've replaced since i got her in '05 for $500 is the head. I can't just go out in the yard and check different things on her either. The truck is about 100 miles from home. Is there like a main fuse or fusible link or do you think my ECU is shot and how do i check that? She's my daily driver and i need her back fast.
