Dorado Gold 4runner and aftermarket bumper pic request

Anyone have any pics of a Dorado Gold 4runner with aftermarket bumpers? Have been searching the net and the photo gallery but havent come up with much. Interested in seeing how a black bumpers look. Would really like to see an ARB or Shrockworks. TIA.

Got Dorado Gold, don't have bumper; but an aftermarket black bumper would look bad-a$$.

Doraldo Gold was only available on the '01 and '02 3rd gen 4runners. It basically replaced Desert Dune ('96-'00); its a few shades darker and more metallic than its predecessor.

Looks like Ill have to be the 1st to post pics. My savage works rear bumper and sliders shipped today. Will post pics when I get them installed. Will order a shrockworks bumper withing the next month or so. The color grows on you, sometimes looks tan, othertimes looks gold just depends on the lighting and scenery.

I don't have a Dorado Gold 4runner but I do have a Shrockworks bumper. It took me 6 months to get my bumper from Shrockworks. They were doing a move to a new facility at the time which the blamed on the delay. Two of my emails during the 6 month "build" were ignored. I didn't harass them (only sent 3 emails over the 6 months) but it got frustrating that they told be 8 to 10 weeks and it ended up being 6 months. Contacting them by phone worked better than email. I would hope they have their production delays taken care of now, I ordered mine about a year ago. I'd mention that you've heard about delays when you order it and ask them to give you an honest time frame for the delivery. I wasn't in a rush so it didn't really matter to me... but it was kinda frustrating being ignored and told it would take significantly less time. Other than the delay and customer service disappointments, I really like the bumper.

The rims are sold by Les Schwab and are called "AMP BITTERROOT", I have the 17" X 8.5" version with 4.5" of backspacing. Since the picture I've installed shorter center caps (two lengths are available) which make the rims look even more dished out.

Dorado gold's aren't really common where I live.

The only one that I've seen in person belongs to a friend of mine and the one she has is an 01. They are really nice in person though, IMO.

The pic is still up... maybe the server it was hosted on went down for a little while.

I have 265/70 r17 tires with a OME 881/906 lift and there are no rubbing issues.

The tire/rim combo may fit without rubbing at stock height, but I can't say for certain.
