auto to 5spd swap HELP

anyone know if there is a write up for a 3.4L 97 4runner? or something like it?
i tried using search cant find anything. and also is 250$ for a 5spd and transfer case a good deal?

There's no write-up. for 250 that tranny and x-case it a steal! Your also going to need the master and slave cylinders, pedal assembly, brake pedal if you can get it (cut auto pedal will work but not as desirable.) Possibly the driveshaft. If you can get the flywheel from the tranny seller great.

Don't forget the clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, flywheel and bolts.

Anything else???

Forgot the crossmember and the driveshafts are supposed to be different between the two.

You also need all the interior parts (console around shift levers, shift knobs, boots etc). You also need to find a way to disable the "start only in P or N" function in your truck. Some people just "trick" the computer into thinking it is in N all the time.

My friend and I did this to a Geo tracker he had.......it's much easier and cheaper to find a truck that has a stick in it.......it can be done, but all the little things that you don't realize will be a problem start to drive you nuts. Just my 2 cents

mmm thats what i figured their just is so many factors to do a swap..
my friend mentioned about b&m shifters? anyone know anything about that? or what it is? haha thanks
