Front turn signals broken, all fuses fine.

Both my front turn signals went out the other day, checked all the fuses and they are okay. I was working on disarming the (crappy) alarm that came with my car, so maybe i tweaked something under the steering column where the alarm is located?

Any info on how the turn signals are wired/possible suggestions would be great.

*Note i did try new bulbs

The rear hazards work fine, but the front hazards do not work.

Would help to know what sort of vehicle this question is about.

Any voltage at the front turn signal sockets? Do you have a good ground there?

Its a 1993 4Runner.
At the moment I'm in college and don't have any tool to check voltage. I did run a power cable through the firewall on the drivers side for an amp, I'm wondering if thats where the wires are...?

You'll find a fastory manual for 1990-1995 4Runners here, it should have a wiring diagram. And if you're going to be doing any electical testing it's a good idea to buy a digital voltmeter, you can get cheap ones for less than $20.
