New customer rear bumper and tire carrier

Some of you saw, and commented on my front bumper build a few weeks back. Well, the other end of the truck is done now too!

Once again, I used Crolison's photos as a starting point for this bumper. The biggest difference is that I added the swing out tire carrier. I accidentially painted the damn thing with gloss paint and didn't notice until I was through the first coat. So I will get that repainted this week at some point.

That spare tire is 2" bigger than my other tires, because the lift goes on tomorrow and the 33"s will be fitted on Sunday. But here are the photos anyways...

I didn't take many photos while building this one like I did for the front, but I have a few on my phone if someone wants to see some aspect of it during the build.

Thanks again to Jared (CowboyKuck on TTORA) for his time and effort in this build. Feel free to ask questions if you are thinking of a build like this, I am more than happy to answer them!

Here is one more of the competed front:

And here is the back....

I'm very curious about any of the dimensions or drawings if you got them, I'd like to CAD something up in aluminum.

I'm sorry, this is so one off that I didn't take measurements of anything. Crolison might have something, but I don't think so. I could measure stuff if you would like, but honestly...my best recommendation is just take off your stock bumper and start welding! It will work out!

Robert, I went with a tire carrier hinge from Rock Stomper. There are a few places out there that sell them. Here is the link...
