storing 4Runner for a couple months
I won't be driving my truck until December, so its just sitting on my driveway. I've filled the tank fully, the oil is clean and it went on a long drive right before it was parked so any crud in the oil should have been boiled off. Should I mist the cylinders? Anything else you'd do?

Might consider putting it up on blocks...might help flat spots.
An RV type moisture collector might be good to put in the back, I use a couple during winter storage on my camp trailer, helps prevent that musty closed up smell.

The only thing that I'd do other than what you said is run the engine a couple of times during that time until December, so that nothing freezes up. But then again, i'm not mechanically inclined...yet.

starting the engine is really hard on it relatively- most wear occurs at start-up. cold starts also introduce some unburned fuel to the oil. unless that fuel is boiled off when the engine reaches operating temperature, it acidifies the oil i can't imagine that's any good for it.

Other than the sunshade I'd do nothing.
My vehicles sit for a few months without use and no harm is done other than maybe having to keep the battery charged.
I do winterize my seasonal stuff as it can sit for 6-8 months.

Its not a bad idea to add some fuel stabilizer and moisture remover to the gas tank. I did this to my Explorer which sat for 12 months and it started right up.
Also make sure you don't have anything hooked up that could drain the battery, maybe even disconnect it if the truck doesn't have to move at all.
