Washington - Reiter's Exploratorium (Oct 12)

JRuz, Mad Chemist, FunRunner and I did a quick little exploration run up at Reiter's on Sunday.

I got me some pics:
http://www.midiwall.com/4Runner/dirt...3_Reiters.html

It was cold, and cold and wet, and cold and wet and muddy, and we held up a pack of cut-down wheelers, and we climbed where a Jeep couldn't and and and... It was fun!

FYI: This was FunRunner's first time out! WAHOO! WAHOO! WAHOO! Now, if we can get her to get HER rig dirty...

Nice pics Mark.
Looks like a lot of loose dirt & mud on those hill climbs, and time to lock the lockers in.

Yeah, it was a mucky day weatherwise in the old state.
Glad you guy's had a great time.
Gonna get Shannon's rig back up there are ya?

Looks like a fun run. I need to get out and go on one since it has been way too long since my truck has seen any trails.

Oh yeah, it was locker city out there yesterday.

But, I have to say that Jim did just fine unlocked (even coming back up that long hill we started on).

Well, Shannon is slowly but surely coming around to the land of "can't keep it shiny for ever".

If her rig doesn't get dirty this year, I'm pretty sure it'll be full of scratches and maybe even a dent next year!

She should have came on the Fall Colors run a few weeks back.
That was a very easy romp in the woods.

It was on her schedule, but it ended up not being in the cards this year.

That was so much fun yesterday! I'm ready to go again anytime. Definately lots of "pucker factor" for me on my first trip out into the rocks and mud. I loved it!

I hope my pictures turn out and I got some good shots. Must get digital camera soon.

Now I know the importance of sliders as you're headed sideways on a muddy trail into a tree.....good lesson.

I DO want to get my truck out there on the trails so maybe this will help push me into getting a few items that are needed. Hide that Visa from myself!
