swapping wheels?

Hey I was wondering will wheels from a 98 4runner fit on my 89 4x4 pickup and my stock wheels fit on the 4runner? im pretty sure the lug pattern is the same, but im not sure if the hub openings are the same size to allow propper fitting.

(top right corner, third tab from right labeled "search") surely u can find some advice about this, i am a novice myself to mechanics and Toyota's, but a lot can be learned on this site by searching the forums and then using good ol' elbow grease and trial and error. These trucks are awesome and using this site as a tool is a great way to expand your passion for Toyota's

im 95% sure that it wont fit..as you probably have lock out hubs..and the 4runner dont..

the center hole wouldnt be big enough..

and your wheels probably wouldnt clear the rotors on the runner..sorry..

the lug patterns are the same though!

i dont want to make another thread for my similar question. will wheels off of a first gen fit on my 2nd? They are off of a 2 wheel drive so i dont have to worry about the lock out hubs or whatever right?

Here is the ad. http://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/pts/1311984037.html
Pretty sweet wheels eh? But who puts 33 swampers on a 2wd truck?

Thanks for any help.

I think the only issue could possibly be brake caliper clearance. I don't believe the hub bore is a different size. If it does fit, you won't be able to use center caps on the truck with the lock-out hubs.
