when i rev high enough i get a high pitched squeel out of my engine. want this gone badly. the jeep guys are laughing at me help please?? must be some kind of bearing im thinking???

 

belt loose?

 

Sounds like a loose belt. Check the tension on your belts they shouldnt have much play at all but you dont want them stretched super tight.

If its a bearing, it will be more of a grinding/squeeling type of noise and you will probably smell the seals burning up

Oh and uh... dont worry about the jeep guys, theyre harmless

 

haha thanks man. i'll check them tomorow. i would now but we got a rain storm. Just wanted to say also that i took my airbox cover off today and taped the filter to it and left it off the air box. haha try it gives it a good VROOM. An the jeep guys. they finaly let me join their inner sanctum and park with them im walmart to show off their jeeps every night. but not the wrangler fags only the cherokee gang. The one wrangler has a sticker that says toyota recovery vehical. What a chode

 

yeeah, i dont understand how you can take the airbox cover off...and leave it off?

 

Its easy tape the filter to the top of the airbox. the clips that hold the filter top on.. place them down as if they were locked. and sit the filter and top of the box on top of the clips. It stayed all day and didnt hurt my filter what so ever. Added some hp but just a small amount. Its the noise that counts. people were looking at me going down the circut. wondering if my truck was boosted haha

hahahahah...a buddy of mine has a 200? jeep wrangler with some A/T's on it and thats it..he thought his jeep was just the most amazing offroad vehicle EVER!!..right up until the point where he got stuck in some mud..and then i went right behind him..pulled around him (through some deeper mud)..pulled him the rest of the way through the mud..and he still said..awh my 4wd wasnt working good enough so i couldnt get good traction..ya right..

and then after the party he got stuck YET AGAIN..and i just laughed and made him pray to the toyota gods before i pulled him out again..LMAO!!!

 

Bring um if you want bigblue haha. Thats how my one buddy is. its got procomp m/t's To him its unstopible. everytime ive gone wheeling with him guess what stuck, even oh snow banks. im not even in 4 wheel yet. believe me they all have the (jeep thing).
