how do you install grab handles in a 4runner?

how do you install grab handles in a 4runner?

i recently bought 2 4runners, one to drive and one for parts, now, the parts truck has the interior grab handles on the a-pillars, and i want them on my truck, how do i go about reinforcing the a-pillars to install the grab handles? anyone know?

Holes are already there. Bolt them in.

i heard you can put an overhead handle on the drivers side w/o drilling....anyone know if that'z true?

pull the door rubber trim down, peel headliner back a smidge and the holes
are already there just need the two screws did that one a while ago,
i like it for climbing in and out

they wernt there on my truck. i guess the 4x4 and 2wd cabs are different.
anyone want to buy a set of handles and pillar covers?

There are no holes for the handles on my 91 "A" pillars. they didn't get them back till late 92 when they changed to the areo package on the 4runners.

well, holes are not there... id have to drill some out then install some sort of reinforcement... any cheap easy ideas?
