It really kinda depends on what you can do yourself.
I would change all the fluids, replace the timing belt, check the water pump, replace the drive belts, and replace the plugs.
A chassis lube and a rear brake clean/adjust would be good too.

I'm at ~126,500, I too am wondering what, if anything I should have my dealer do.
I changed the plugs and wires about 1 and a half months ago, I am getting my oil changed tomorrow afternoon so that will be done, I'm also getting the fuel filter replaced and possibly the 02 sensor replaced, atleast checked. What else should I consider. The timing belt was replaced within the past 3-4 months so I don't think that needs anything.
What else?

Well Chris, you just added a couple things to my previous list.
Fuel filter
O2 sensor (at least check it)
So that is my vote. Dont worry about the things you just took care of. Everything I mentioned except the timing belt and water pump can be done with normal hand tools and a bit of wrench know how.
