2wd donor for 4wd? HELP

i have an 81 4x4 with a 22R and it needs some work but i have very little money. the problems are

blown head gasket
bent valve (well the whole head is shot)
excessive block, head, and radi rust due to sitting for 5 years
slashed tires (i know the tires wont swap over)
broken windshield
all corner lights and tail lights broken
rear dif leaking a lot (from the back side idk where)
rear axle leaking by brakes(?)

so the only solution that i have been able to find is to buy a donor truck because i only have $500 and that isent enough to buy a donor 4x4 so i have found a 83 2wd model with all the things i need in good working condition. i was wondering what parts i will be able to swap over and what ones i wont. my biggest fear is the rear axle can it be done? maybe if i just use some of the axle parts?

(if the part in question can be swapped easily put a Y next to it if it cant put an X if it will need minor fab work put F and explain plz)

this might be in the wrong area but i think it is a 4x4 problem so yeah im going to put it here

thank you for your time.

blown head gasket, bent valve (well the whole head is shot)
excessive block, head, and radi rust due to sitting for 5 years-20 or 22R will swap oover,
just swap the whole engine from the donor 83

broken windshield-no brainer-as long as your donor vehicle is 79-83, get a new seal, cut out the old one, don't even think of salvaging the old seal, too easy to break the 'new one' and than you are screwed again
all corner lights and tail lights broken yes, screw driver
rear dif leaking a lot (from the back side idk where) pull the rear axles (undo brake line and 4 bolts) than undo the 8-12 nuts hold the third in. might just need to scrape of the old seal and put some new RTV in there.
rear axle leaking by brakes(?) the other axle is a 7.5", your 4wd is a 8" axle, not compatible. the axle seals are more than likely leaking. remove axles and have new ones pressed on at a shop. Or swap the entire rear axle from the 2WD (but the 2WD is Spring under and the 4WD is Spring over) and remove your front driveshaft until you can get the $$$ to fix the rear axle. and than carry a 5 hole and 6 hole spare time

welcome to YT, good luck..also try newbie tech and the pre 83 truck folder...
