Are these all the parts I need? Big Brake Swap

I am on RockAuto and they seem to have the S13WE calipers for the Tundra brake swap for my 99 4Runner. Are these all the parts that I will need in order to complete this swap?

Should I change anything with the brake lines or do I just need to flush them?

Also, anything special I need to do after the install to "break-in" the new brakes?

Thanks for answering.

that should cover it. To break them In just take it easy for the first few hundred miles for the pads to set. Try to avoid any hard breaking. It's a great swap. I warped 3 sets of rotors in a year and a half on the stock setup. I changed to these and have yet to warp a set. Plus my pedal now feels a lot more firm and higher up. When I had bought the truck the brake pedal always seemed to go right down to the floor. All seems well with this swap and it's been just over a year.
