HELP recent 22re rebuild wont start, possible EFI issue?

so, just rebuilt my 22re in my 89 pickup, it'd been running fine then i hit a yellow 'safety pole' in the safeway parking lot, and the issue's started. didnt hit it too hard, but enough to take out my left blinker where the intake system is.

what i used to do was pull the EFI fuse, let it sit for a few, then put it back and it started right up. then it came to taking of my intake cover, PLUS the fuse, and starting it.

didnt happen as much, then it happened as i left my truck off for more than a few hours. now, it happens at random and its blocking my driveway.

so, any help anyone could offer would be great...like usual.

P.S. worked it to the top of the driveway, tried to roll start it and no luck with that. forgot to throw that in there.

So you unplugged the relay (left it unplugged?) and it started?
