Transmission Confusion

Transmission Confusion
OK I have an 87 4runner 22re, this site says I have a A340F transmission. The tag on the fire wall says I have a A340H. Is it possible to have an A340H behind a 22re? I am new to Toyota so sorry if this is a stupid question, I am in need of a new torque converter and need to know which one to buy. Everything on ebay is for A340H's behind a 3.0l, will this converter work with my transmission as well? Any info will be appreciated
