Alright, so I've spent the morning searching for anything with the problem I have. I've found some, but not exactly the same so I thought I'd ask.
When I push in the clutch down to the floor, I barely let it up and I'm in gear and moving. I thought I had air in the lines so bled the system which didn't do much. So my next thought was changing the master cylinder. Did that, bled, no change. Now I'm thinking maybe slave cylinder? Could I be losing pressure somewhere?
The pushrod for the master is about halfway in between the pedal and the fork clip. I'm at that point where I'm unsure of what to do to fix this.

 

Check the clutch pedal bracket. They're known to crack which will not allow the clutch to fully engage.

 

I did take a look at that and can't see anything. I got as far as I could under there with a flashlight and pushed the pedal by hand to watch and didn't see any type of flexing in the bracket.

 

i had the same issue it was my slave cylinder on in the engine bay/passanger fenderwell

 

Replace the slave cylinder on bell housing, they are cheap. I've had to do mine a few times.

 

That's the next step is replacing that slave. They don't cost that much and I figured since I changed one, might as well do the other.

Got the problem solved. After I took off the old slave, the pushrod had hardly any pressure compared to the new one. Now it's just messing around with the pushrod on the master for any adjustment. This has been an almost 2 year project (the whole truck and engine swap) and yesterday was the first time I drove it since I bought the truck. Now all that's left is getting the timing set, which it idles really fast and on my test run I had to start in 2nd gear. Then dropping the gas tank and fixing that problem. But to get back, yes it was the slave cylinder that was giving me issues. Sorry for the rambling.

 

I was also gonna say, if you get a slave cyl, don't get a chinese one; if you do, keep the receipt!!!! they usually have a 1 year wrrnty, on the china ones...
