How do I remove the front brake calipers?

I'm replacing the rotors on the four wheel drive 1990 pickup I just bought.

I think I understand the procedure pretty well, but I'm stuck at getting the rotors off. I removed the 2 pins and the pads are loose in there. The caliper itself won't budge though. What am I missing?

here is a link to The 4Runner FSM!

I am not sure on yours but my 99 taco has two torque bolts holding the
calipers on to the vehicle!
