How to fix my gas gauge?
I have a 99 4runner and the gas gauge is a total piece of crap. Does anyone know if i can get it fixed. Or is there an easier way to know how much gas i have left?

You'll have to do a search on the board. The topic has been discussed many times. There is a reset function but it's part of a process by which you replace the whole sending unit. It is a pricey and labor intensive repair. You have to drop your gas tank to access the sending unit. Mine sucks too and I just fill it up at 170 miles on the trip odometer.
