Will a 22r(carb) cam work with a a 22re(efi) motor?

Will a 22r(carb) cam work with a a 22re(efi) motor?
Ok, I have been trying to figure what I have going on here https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f123...inside-179244/ and I have been doing research for about 6 straight hrs now LOL. I think I have a 22r set up, and a 22r cam but I was wondering if the truck would be ok with the 22r cam in my efi set up? I am think I am going to have to change that 22r cam out.And to be honest it might already be a efi cam but no way to identify it so better be safe than sorry and just change it out
