Lightbulb Changing from a green to a bright white color???

I have a 98 4runner, and i want to change my dashboard color.

Speedometer, Heat and air gauges, Shifter gauges, and everything else that has a nasty green tint to it.

Does anyone have any tips or instructions on how to do this. What kind of bulbs to get or do i have to change the whole faceplate?

thanks

i was throwing around the idea of a neon purple.

it would be easy on the eyes and still be cool.
