marlin crawler rear bumper with 3 inch body lift

does anyone out there have a marlin crawler rear bumper (http://www.marlincrawler.com/armor/r...s-and-4runners) with a 3" body lift. im very curious to what it will look like. Pictures of this bumper or any other for that matter, with a body lift, would be awesome! PICS PICS PICS!!

it'll probably not look too great. I've seen pictures with bumpers not adjusted for body lift, 1" isn't that bad, but 3" just looks stupid.

If you're worried about your bumper not looking good with a 3" body lift just get the bumper mounts adjusted at a fab shop.

the bumper mounts directly on the frame. if i fab'ed brackets to adjust for the lift, im afraid it would conflict with the bumpers strength and towing capacity. just curious to see what it would look like..

I know it mounts to the frame, I'm saying cut the mounts and weld new ones on that compensate for the body lift. People do it all the time.

As far as pics go, I can't find any.

Any pics of the modded brackets Jay?

looking to put a 1-2" BL on my 4Runner to help with some rubbing and tummy tuck, and I have the MC rear as well.

Here is the best picture I have at the moment. You can see where the bracket was chopped, rewelded so its straight (no longer curved to go under the bed), and a plate was welded in to re-strengthen the area. The curved side support was also cut off, trimmed and rewelded.

Marlin Crawlin Rear Bumper

Here is my new Marlin Crawler rear bumper. I had my friend cut and weld the brackets to become straight to compensate for the 3 inch body lift. I think it turned out well.
