Unhappy One Cylender not wanting to fire on start-up? Shaking on startup then goes away.

Hey everyone!
Today my cherry (86 w/22r) hated starting up.

Of course set the choke and primed it before trying to start it as I do every morning but today was different. When it turned over the engine was shaking really well. I gave it gas and it still did it. After giving it gas (reving to 2500rpm 4 times) it smoothed out and ran just fine.
It seemed like when it was first started it had a cylender that was doing anything and then all of a sudden decided it was time to start working.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
She smokes a a bit when its cold but as soon as shes warmed up it drives fine.

This is my nicer truck out of the two and so its hard to see it suffering.

Thanks to all who can help.

I would say you have an electrical problem like bad coil, wires, cap or rotor. I would change the cap and rotor first and see if that helps. If it gets worse I would suspect a cracked coil or bad wires. If it becomes predictable I would run it in the dark and see if you can see arcing around anything.
