need some flares for my 32x11.5 tyres

hey guys, I bought some bfg 32x11.5 tyres off fleabay to go with the LC coils/ new shocks that i am putting in the rear, so i thought i would test fit the new tyres before i start work on the rear end and they stick out real bad! I thought i could get away with no flares, but no way! they stick out about 1.5 inch on each side! has anyone made up there own flares on the cheap? anyhelp would be great.
cheers

I seem to remember seeing some custom-made one around but none that I could find easily.

Bushwacker is always a good fit as I'm sure you know - being from Down Under and all.
