Angry 92 pickup not running. why?

story: it ran fine until it was pressure washed in the engine compartment. then it ran horribly. stopped running, i then replaced ecu. got it home and started looking at it again but it kept running horribly. i found that the o2 sensor was unplugged so i replaced it and hooked it back up. now it wont run at all. any ideas where i should start? it was throwing the MAF sensor also as a code but it had been replaced recently. maybe the tps? it was throwing that code also. i need help PLEASE!

What engine?
What were the exact codes? There are more than one code pertaining to the said sensors.

check to see if your EFI fuse under the hood is burned up. There have been issues with the O2 sensor shorting out on the exhaust, blowing the EFI fuse then the truck will not run at all. If the fuse is blown check your O2 sensor wiring for cracks or melting. Hope this helps.

Since its quite clear that this is directly related to the pressure washing, i would look at everywhere you sprayed. Go over the entire engine, and make sure nothing is damaged, our out of place.

If it was throwing MAF as a code, you might have damaged it when spraying it. Doesn't matter if you just replaced it 10 seconds before spraying the truck, never assume a part is good just because you recently replaced it.

Make sure the MAF connection is secure and dry.

also it was the damn EFI fuse that kept it from running, but the new O2 sensor helped none.
