Clear front bumper signal lights housing on EBAY!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/92-95...Q5fAccessories

Anyone think these would be cool?

Both of my front signal light housing are broken, so I wanted to get some new ones and I thought these clear ones would look good.

What do ya think?

I though about them to, they look pretty cool. On a darker looking truck i think they'd be prime..

Do you guys know anything about the quality of these?

(Note: I'm only replacing the blinkers on the front bumper and not the side marker light by the headlight)(So that part will still have the yellow on it but I think it looks good. The ebay pic, the truck has everything clear on the front..

I have all the front clear pieces and they are sweet, for a long while I only had the bumper lights though. They are awesome looking and mine are about the same quality as the OEM parts. Make sure you get the amber bulbs with them or else you wont stay legal.

They come with a pair of amber bulbs. I think I'm going to get them.
I really should be focussing more on my lift and tires with my money but the lights in the front look bad because they're all bashed up (Just the light housing, the bumper and frame are fine).

They are only $30 too, and if they are OEM quality I'd say that is a really good deal. I'm gunna order them today!

Thanks for the input. I will post pics in a week or so to show the new lights!

not sure they'd be legal anyhow even with amber lights. don't the front signals act as reflectors too... or am I experiencing cerebral flatulence?
and even then, they'd have to have the DOT stamp on them to be compliant.

I've ran them in Illinois for a few years now and no legal troubles. Only thing is they probably advertise water tight but they're not. I have soot in both my clear corners and signal lights from off-roading.

more than likely you'd never have an issue with the cops, but when that one cop comes around hell-bent because your tires are too tall / stick out too far, or... who knows, maybe you lost him when you took that trail back there and he had to backtrack 3 miles just to take the regular road around to catch you... it's just another thing you might get written up for.

Hmm, I like it with all clear lights on the front too. I think I like it better than with the orange in the parking lamps.

This package comes with LED's for the license plate too.
I have more thinking to do now. lol.

Yeah, either or look fun. I really should only getting the signal markers because those are the only part that's broken.. Ugh! another delema (sp?) lol.

I think I'm going to give it a day or two and think about it..

And I thought, I could always get the parking lamps next to the headlights later on..

Yeah, I have that problem with every light I put on a truck that isn't stock. When I get the light or tail light or whatever it is I've learned to use a little silicone sealant to make it waterproof.

Clear lenses are legal, and you can actually run white turn signal bulbs as well in most states.

That's only for the front though since usually the law requires either white or amber turn lights in the front and red or amber in the back
