If you mean trying to make the procomp bumper capable of supporting a winch that is not going to happen. You need more beef on a bumper than that puny light holder to mount a winch.

Maybe something like this. No you can't convert your light bar to a winch mount.

The TG winchplate alone would be stronger than the pro-comp lightbar.

her is mine using a universal winch mounting plate bolted to the crossmember and then reenforced with some steel strap welded to the winch plate and bolted to the frame underneath.

this is my solution until i can get a new bumper with integrated winch plate.

That seems like a simple enough solution. What are those blocks above the mount for (bolted to the bumper)?

I made a receiver mount so I could move my wench cradle or other accessories to be in the front or rear. I know it's overkill but it's attatched at all 10 locations in the frame. I also added a tranny cooler because this blocks the lower tank of the radiator where the stock cooler is. I normally just keep a tow link in it, except for when I go wheelin. Last pic shows with my bumpers powder coated hammertone black and cleared.

You made that? You wanna make another one (lol)? I didn't think of using a receiver winch cradle.

This is what I built using the JAMES DEAN DESIGN maybe a bit of over kill it's made of cold rolled 1/4 plate steel hoping to have to replace the truck before the bumper lol.

The roller and hitch are off center a bit to center the winch cable to the middle.

I also got a couple spring clips I guess is what you call them to mount on the fairlead rollers and the licence plate covers the fairlead rollers.
