Hey ya'll... A buddy of mine just blew his 22re in his 94 pickup. Where is the best place to find a good motor for cheap? Anyone have one to sell?

 

i have one i just pulled out of my 90 pickup. complete with water pump and oil pump pistons and crank. has 250k miles but was rebuilt about 45k ago. I pulled due to i got a free new engine

not to try and poach sale on sincal but if it dont work out let me know ive got one thats complete with head sitting here. ran fine when taken out... was a down grade on a friends truck. he wanted a 22r so he got one and he gave me this one as payment for doing the work for him.

 

its all good. i dont know where he lives anyway. And i too have complete head with rockers and new valves..lol only thing i dont have is efi stuff just block

im looking for $400 for everything. short block with pistons and crank and head with valves and rocker arm assembly and cam

 

ill pass that along to him hes in WA

 

oregon engine rebuilders on ebay has them for about $1k with an unlimited mileage and time warranty
