Ordering my aussies.

Happy day oh happy day. I'm ordering my Aussies right now (hopefully the right ones lol...), and trying to figure out where they ship em from. Want to have it by Wednesday so I can install it on turkey day, so I can take the ol puddle hopper to the ranch for hunting on Friday. Thinking maybe going the UPS 3 Day Select instead of the UPS Ground method.

Thoughts?

I'm hoping these are the right ones for my 84:

Aussie Locker ( XD-20830 ) Truck Toyota Pick -Up 1969 - 1995

And I hope I won't be kicking myself for not going with a Detroit or ARB instead... But then again, if I order one of those instead, I won't have enough to go buy my 4wheeler later today...

Nice man. I took my 4 runner down some old sugar trails this weekend. I ran into some hunters on atv's they looked a bit surprised my 4 runner was just cruising up and on the same trails they were on. They just waved and I kept cruising.
Even if you don't get the lockers in time you'll be surprised where you can go with open diff's and large tires...

Oh yeah I go just about anywhere. But there's this waterhole that's about 4' deep in the middle that I got stuck in last weekend. I got out on my own the first two times being hard headed and trying to make it through the middle, then got stuck on the 3rd time and had to have a jeep pull me out. Said that's unacceptable, and it's time for lockers.

That's the right one as long as you're running 4cyl thirds on the front and rear.

Yeah, 84's didn't come with 6cyls or turbo 4cyls.

And now I dunno if I'm gonna be buying that 4wheeler or not, so I might be buying a snorkel, welder, plasma cutter, allpro tube bed, and some plate and tube for making my bumpers and sliders instead now. Depends if the guy with the atv calls me back or not...

^Actually I did stop drinking. Haven't touched the sauce in over a month.

That and a new better paying job, and I got rid of the old lady. It's amazing how much money that freed up. Lol

Haha thanks. Yeah as far as the sauce is concerned, I got food poisoning when I was down in mexico for work, and my stomach just aint been the same since. Caint eat spicy food and just the smell of alcohol makes my gut roil.

But yeah, I noticed a strange phenomena occurring since all this happened. Apparently my bank actually IS capable of doing something other than sending me bills. Thought there had to be a mistake when there wasn't a - in front of my statement

Good luck with the aussie!

I just helped 85toy install one in his truck this weekend. Actually wasn't that bad.
