Question tranny/clutch noise

sup people. On my 86 pickup when I put it in 3rd 4th and 5th there's a clunk noise when I release the clutch. I try shifting at defferent rpm's and the noise is still there. Other then that the truck drives fine. Gos in gear perfict, shifts easy. When I shift in 5th its alttile louder then 3rd and 4th. I push the clutch back in and release it there's no cluck noise. its only when I shift from one gear to another. And there's a old barring out/grindish noise then I'm in 5th at a low rpm but as I drive faster in gear that noise gos away. Can some give me some ideas on what the problem is or if this is normal ? Its been in the mud. I bought the truck 2 weeks ago and it looks like no one kept up with it. I had brake problems I'm still working on. Thanks 4 any info.

Well I took my truck to the shop. It turned out being my tranny bearrings 7-800 bucks. So you hear a cluck after releaseing the cluch? That's your problem.. Be ready for a bearring kit.
