fab front and rear bumper?

i have a 2nd gen runner that i would like to put a fabricated front and rear bumper onto. tube style. how much would this cost me? any ideas?

Well... figure out what tube size/ wall thickness you want, come up with a drawing, take measurements, add some extra material length just in case. Take the measurements to the steel store and get a price quote.
Then there's welding consumables, grinding disks, bender, whatever else you need, there are always items that you never think of.
Its hard to give you a ball park figure, there's to many unknown factors.
It's all part of fabricating, the joy of the unknown.

are you going to buy these bumpers pre built or are you looking to make them yourself?

making them yourself depends a ton on what tools you already have available to you...

You know whats really nice is the fact that if you don't have all the tools for project the bank account is more giving...she tends to release the funds easier if you are trying to be Mr DIY....well at least in my case...
