pvc snorkle???

okay so i have a good understanding of the pvc snorkles already just want to know which would be better for it 2" or 3" pvc pipe?

cause i figured i was gonna do it out of 2" but then a buddy told me that 3" is the only way to go cause the 2" doesnt give it enought air. but then on here ive seen ppl do it with 2" pipe.

i know that more air=more power=better preformance but, which is better for preformance 2" or 3" or will it not be noticable enough to worry about?

How about 2.5" What are you going to use for the top of your snorkel?

I'm going to be doing this too, but first need to get it running again.

I'll be back!

celica dudes say
4" is even better.
umm... lol....

anything larger than the size of the passage through your air-flow-meter is overkill.

any chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

yeah use a 2.5 inch hole sawe and cut the metal on the inner fender... then you use some 90's and maybe a 45 the 2.5 inch pvc is the perfect fit into your air box... then cut a hole in the actual fender and run the straight pipe.. i ran another 90 on the end facing backwards no water got in..
