Question 20r head on 22r block? im confused!!!

i know that if you put a 20r head on a 22r block it makes more power. but im confused! is there any machiene work involved? does it bolt rite up? has any one done this and can you help me? i am rebuilding my 22r and i am concidering doing this swap.

Never done it. heard it's a straight bolt-on for 85< 22r.
the toysport page above suggests it's that easy. maybe call toysport?
