I need a 22R (carb) distributor

I posted in Items Wanted, but I just don't really have time for it to mature there where no one looks =/

I need a 22R distributor w/ the Vacum Advance. If anyone has one laying around or a parts truck or something... please please can i have it lol?

They're about $200 for a reman from the autoparts store, trying to save money =/

thanks!

doesnt matter where i buy one, nothing in town on the shelf.

I need the whole thing because I dont have one period, lol. I just finished rebuilding a 22R but my bro snarfed the damn distributor a year ago and refuses to replace it. (Not my motor, not my money, not my drama)... i just need to find one.

PM DeathCougar. He works at Nix99, a Toyota/Lexas wrecking yard. I just purchased a set of manual hubs not long ago. Fast reliable service, and they are located here in Wa. They might have it.

haha yea, thats whats annoying me cuz he tossed it. His HG blew... it has a weber on it and then the vac advance was shot. (it was a pita to get tuned) The 2wd thats HG blew a few months prior was..and is still sitting in my parents driveway. Which is the motor I just finished rebuilding.

It was just convenient for him to just pop the hood and take that one, well im guilty i was there, just to get his motor running. He WAS going to buy a NEW distrib for his rig but never did, now he bought a 2009 Tacoma and is selling his 85.

Our mother doesn't seem to make him buy her a new distributor (ie, like i said not my drama) .. I'll probably just get a reman'd... but I still gotta listen to her b eye t see h at me even tho its not my problem. Family ftw!

Kinda sucks. the dist is like 120 + 70 core at autozone. no core = 190

before he sells the truck, file a lien on it so he can't transfer title.

Yea I still need one but the local pickapart has a bunch 35 bones each, and i can try em all till one works so we're gonna try that first. I got the motor back in the truck yesterday, today im gonna go out and finish connecting everything back up.
