need hep to find shifter

i bought a r150f tranny from junk yard but someone had already took the shifter off of it and i need to know where i could get a replacement.

no im doing auto to manual swap and the tranny did not have a shifter when i bought it. at that same time i got a shifter out of a 1st gen toyota and i put it on and it wont go in to any gears. 10 min ago i found out that if i turned it around it would shift. so now all i have to do is cut the shifter shaft and weld it back on.
