I'm looking for some more ground clearance for this winter. Another inch or 2 would help in the 1/2 mile driveway. Short of getting a snowcat to get in & out of the house.


Does anybody make a studded snow tire taller than the Nokian Hakka 31x10.50-R15? I've been running them for a couple seasons now & just moved out to the boonies. I do a lot of winter driving in Vt / Quebec. So winter tires are critical to me. I do have chains for emergencies and a come-along & tow straps etc. And have never had to pull myself back on the road.

Are there any 33x9.50 or 33x10.50 studded (or unstudded winter) tires for 15" or 16" rims?

Mastercraft Courser MT's can be studded and I have a set of 35 x 12.5's x 15 that are set up for but not studded I am almost positive the 33's are as well

 

Possibly, but they only have 33x12.50-R15 .... Too wide for my truck.

Really looking for studded pizza cutters if such a thing exists.

This will be for a stock 93 Pickup 4x4 xtra cab v6 5psd. I can fit 33x10.5's without any issues. Wider than that, I have rubbing. 33x9.5's would be perfect.
