My 2000 4Runner Sport

Its a 2000 2wd...so far its been nothing but great for me. I havent done much to it, as far as mods, but i have some plans.

I just got the new wheels...they are American Racing Chambers in 16x8 mounted on 265/75-16 BFG all-terrains. I also just ordered Bilstein HD's so those will be on soon, and i plan to pick up some new springs in the near future. I just finished painting the emblems...i think they turned out pretty good.

Let me know what you guys think of my 4Runner...good or bad comments welcome, im not a sensitive person haha. Thanks guys

you ever have much problem w/ those size tires on your ride? i'm wanting the same ones and all and i'm guessing a 2WD '00 sport suspension is pretty close to a 2WD '01 Limiteds.

your ride is very clean to by the way!

It varies from truck to truck...some people have no issues with them and some people have many. With the stock 16x7's, they rubbed just a little bit so i did some minor trimming and everything was good...but once i put the new wheels on, the rubbing issue got worse so once again i had to do some more trimming and now everything is good.

Where did you have to trim? it doesnt look like you trimmed at all. Some close-ups of those areas would be nice. Good, clean looking rig. Is it the stock suspension? Do you wheel? Does it hit if and when you do? (note to self; that beautiful a rig cannot have ever been off road).

No, really, Nice looking ride.

I had to trim some of the plastic wheel well stuff on the inside...whenever i would turn into a driveway or something, it would rub really bad and sometimes get caught and it would sound like when you were a kid and put a card in your bike spokes so it would sound like a motorcycle haha.

I dont really wheel it...i would like to, but its mostly stock and its 2WD. I am installing the new bilsteins tonight and hope to pick up some new springs in the near future.
