5-spd 3.4L owners shifting rpm?

I'm wondering what rpm do you shifting daily? I usually do shifting at 2,500rpm daily. Is it ok? or should I shifting at 3k?

when i am just driving around i shift out of 1st at 2400 and out of second at 3600, but when i am getting on the freeway i run it to 5000. And when i am driving like an ass h**e i shift at 5600, this is right before the rev limiter cuts in on my truck

2000-3000 is usually good for fuel economy. Sometimes I hit the limiter in mud. No worries thus far.

If I'm trying to save gas and am going downhill or flat ground I'll shift at 2k. Normal non-gas-conservation mode I shift at or prior to 3k. And if the situation calls for it, I'm not afraid of the rev limiter.

I shift between 2200-3k on a regular basis. If I'm in the mud the rev limiter gets bounced alot .

I shift 2k to 2.5k all of the time unless I need more power or have a lot of weight in the 4runner. I've put 60K on it this way, no problems so far.
