Fast clicking noises when trying to start

my dads 94 pickup wont start now. just does these fast clicking noises when u try to start it up. battery is fully charged and all lights working. ive been reading around about the starter contacts wearing out. that sound like the problem?

aslo make sure your terminals on the battery are clean.

fast clicking is usually a poor connection to the battery or solenoid.

Might be that or low voltage coming from upstream. A simple voltage test will help isolate the source of the problem:
