pics pics pics of my 02 sport

2002 sport with shrockworks bumper and fairlead, xrc 8 winch with amsteel synthetic line, stubbs sliders w/ kickout, nitto terra grapplers (285's) mt classic lock rims, spidertrax wheel spacers (1.5inches), aem brute force intake, tint 20% over stock tint, ss 7.1 lift with 1" body lift, cant think of anything else. been a member forever but just got a new camera so figured i would post pics... gonna go to gwnf in a couple weeks and hopefully try out the new winch. I think its pretty much finished, except maybe a basket for the roof when i go on my campin trips.

jlohr,

Your truck looks great! I have been waiting for you to post pics with the Shrockworks bumper. I have the same truck and will be getting the same bumper, but with the bars on top.

Questions about your wheels and spacers: Are you running 16 x 8" rims with 4" backspacing, and 1.5" wheel spacers together? Can you tell me how much your tires stick out from your flares? I am trying to decide which wheels and/or spacers to go with also.

Thanks,

Nice looking truck but how much of a difference in height did you notice with your body lift?

yes that is correct and if you have the flares i do the tires will stick out a bit, but i think it looks good.driving straight looking down prob 1/2 to 3/4 inch past the fender ( that little bit will kick up quite a bit of dirt) so if you dont want it to stick out just get the rims with no spacers

and busine$$ i noticed 1" of lift with body lift lol... and makes my truck look only a tiny bit higher. because my sliders were installed/welded before the body lift so it doesnt look as high as it could look, dont know if i like it how it is or if i wish i would have waited till after the body lift to weld them on but oh well....

Thanks for answering my question. So only 1/2 to 3/4 inches? I would have bet that it would be more like 2.5-3 inches. My stock rims and tires set inside the flares by only about 1/2 inch.

You have 5/8" less backspacing, plus 1" wider wheel, plus 1.5" spacer, plus 3/8" wider tires per side. That's a total of 3.5 inches that your tire sticks out further than mine, so yours should be about 3 inches past the flares.

Or am I really confused, and my calculations are way off? Any chance you could post a picture looking straight down at the flare and tire extending outward?

Thanks again,

What model PIAA lights are you guys running on top of the front bumper. Your rigs look awesome, makes me wish I went for black.

Ohh so nice!
Do you have any plans for skid plates?
Was your bumper powder coated or painted? It's hard to tell from the pics.
