I cant seem to find the drain plugs for my coolant???

So do I gotta remove my fan shroud to get to the rad one?

its on the lower passengers side (far) rear of the radiator. you dont need to remove anything to see it, its just a little plastic plug that you turn by hand.
when you have it out check the threads. Mine started leaking about 6 months after changing the coolant, and I ended up loosing a bunch of coolant, and making a big mess trying to replace a little $2 piece of plastic

Ah....some do have little drain tubes coming off of them, Alex. My '92 V6 does from the factory....an ND unit.
The block drain is on the driver's side towards the rear of the motor, as I recall. You'll just have to look around for it. It's there......although probably rather frozen up.

I realize the o-ring is what seals, however the thread on mine was so worn down that it didn't hold in properly, and ended up coming slightly loose, which caused a slight leak. when i poked around trying to find the source of the leak I stripped what little was left of the thread holding it in, and long story short I ended up holding it on with a c-clamp so I could go to work, and then go to the parts store.
The new one is rtv'ed in place, and I won't be going that route to drain the coolant again...
