You mean the $10 fender flare mod?

If you are talking about the fender-mod that I did...Corey has it. He said he would post the write-up in mid-August sometime. There are a couple mods ahead of me.

If you are not talking about my mod, sorry

Is there some ritual performed before posting a tech write up? Seems like a 2 minutes job.

If you have not been to our Tech section, please check it out.
I have to format all those write-ups with my HTML editor, as they come to me in Word format, and I also have to make thumb nails out of the pics, and quite often "enhance" the pictures to adjust the brightness level.

I'd say I have between 1 to 2 hours of my personal time fomatting each tech article here, depending upon the size of it.
For example, the lastest one sent to me has no thumb nail pics, so I must make them myself.

I then must also run a spell check, and also paragraph the text so it looks better.

I don't know anyone who could do any of the submitted articles here in two minutes.

Well, ok. 5 minutes

(but that's only 'cause I do similar stuff for a living)
Email me the rough draft and I can email it back formatted for further review. It honestly would be a trivial task for me (and that chrome stuff is really bothering me )

Apparently "gratitude" doesn't translate into code...

I didn't want to be the first.

I'm sure you didn't mean it the way it came off, right?

WHAT?!

I meant it in a way that I convert manuscripts to online HTML documents very often at work and I'm very used to the process so it would be very quick easy for me to do the tech writeup.

OK, I will zip it up, and email it to your email on file here.
Take note that the thumbs can't be just a downsized picture via HTML, they must be an actual thumbnail as to save space on the server.

Also you'd have to look at Christian's other write-ups here to get the code for his PM box, and also format the wording at the top to match his other write-ups.

I will also include the htm file that goes in the same folder to make the pop up windows work.

Mail it back to me when you are done to the addy in my sig file, and I'll look at it.
The banner that is in each tech article is done via link, so the file for the banner doesn't have to be in it, just the link so it will appear.

~15 minutes of looking at the other write ups
~10min copying/pasting

Looks just like the other one.
