I traded my 94 4runner with the 5vzfe engine swap to my brother (straight up) for a 77 harley sportster. I want to get a new project. So what I want to do is get a tacoma with the 5vzfe and add the trd supercharger and the 7th injector kit. Just wanted to know what horse power to expect with the new additions.

Just wanted to mention that the swap on the 4renner was a great experience. As soon as I got the swap completed I litteraly drove it 2500 miles to Seattle with no problems and with no warm up time except the 100 miles I drove it around town. My brother also had no problems with it except for a leaky exhaust gasket about a year after we made the trade.

With the stock pulley the SCer adds about 65 HP. The fuel mods will add more. There was one guy (TRDOLDMAN)that got over 300 RWHP with a 2.0" pulley, water/meth injection, 7th injector, headers, no cats. No word on if the truck is still running though, he seems to have dissappeared from the face of the earth.

He was using the Aquamist 2D system:

It cools the intake temps, sort of like an intercooler on a turbo setup. Cooler intake temps = more air stuffed into cylinders.

I am getting 240 RWHP and 270 Torque with SC ,URD 7th and URD 2.2" pulley. I still think I could get the tune a bit better but it runs good. And I got 22.5 MPG on my last road trip.Pretty sweet set up.
