Backspacing FJ vs Fzj80

I keep getting mixed numbers on the 16" variations of the FJ alloy wheels from 4.5" to 4.75" and have no numbers for the FZJ80 wheels. My question is which will set my wheels out further possibly eliminating the need for wheel spacers? The wheel spacer if I remember correctly are 1".

So I'm hoping to have a deal worked out for some LX450 wheels but still not sure if I'll need wheel spacers or not. Running my 295's, an ideas?
