What's a good number
I need some opinions recently my pickup has been having many hiccups and the lil 22re just is not doing it for me anymore so I'm thinking of selling and I want to know what your guys opinion would be on the price. Here is the rundown:
1994 Toyota Pickup Xtra cab
4x4, 5Speed, cd, air, 59K original miles, very little rust which has since been fixed with a grinder and rustbullet, k &N intake, 3 month old Courser Mastercraft A/T tires P235 75R15, since bought have changed engine and drivetrain fluids religously, replaced timing belt and guides, and just put new belts, fuel filter, and sending unit on
Cons: needs a clutch soon
Other than that it runs good and gets about 20 mpg
so what do you guys think it would go for..............p.s. I'm located in Pa and these trucks are a rare commodity around here I was the first guy out of 6 to look at this truck and my funds were already in order so I got it

considering....
3000 to start. good paint, body, lack of rust, add 1-2k
and you lose 1000 for saying you replaced the timing belt on a 22re and replaced 'the sending unit'... what sending unit?

The hiccupping meaning one problem after another. And it suprised me as well wabbit one day I was driving home from work and heard this loud pop from the engine bay then it sounded like a powerstroke diesel it was so loud I pop off the valve cover and low and behold no guides left just bits and pieces wedged down in I believe whoever had this truck obviously let it sit for a long time an original 22re with that many miles is almost unheard of but when you let vehicles sit for years without much driving things start to break and I think thats what I'm getting into now

There are definitely lots of people on here who would gladly trade there 250K mile engine "hiccups" for those of an engine w/ 55K that sat for a while.....I say keep truckin' till the wheels falls off.
