Arrow Toyota radiator coolant shelf life?

I opened mine a while back but reclosed it again. Everything was fine until I looked at the cap today and it was loose but also found some condensation (white stuff) around the rim of the cap.

Does it have any shelf life? The I had it for 3 some years already.

I think that its alright to use it since it's not contaminated but I'd like to hear what you think. I am planning to use it for my 3.4 engine swap.

Thanks.

It seems toyota coolant contains organic and inorganic salts, which makes it silicate based. Non- silicate based coolant has a shelf life of up to 8 years, however, silicate based coolants have a shelf life of 18 months. So on that note, I would buy some new coolant for your swap.

Hmmmmm. I got two questions then. First, what can silicate based coolants do if they have not been used and you use it for your engine and second is what do we know that the coolant that we buy from the dealer has not had a shelf life of more than 18 months?

Thanks for your input.

From reading up on it, the longer a slicate based coolant sits, and/or is run the silicates drop out of the solution forming deposits which could plug hoses, etc.
I don't know how you trust who you buy your coolant from and it's true shelf life. good faith. who knows?
