My bed is FUBAR

The body shop guys say that the metal is stretched pretty bad and im better off with a new one.

If thats the case, I would like to get a step-side. Anyone know where i can get one?

And if thats impossible, where i can get a new bed or atleast side panels?

add your location when asking questions like this. Sometimes people know of someone parting out a truck but if you are on opposites of the country no point in telling you about it. JMO.

I'm not aware of a factory option for a step side on a 3rd gen truck, but I believe that Downey once had a fiberglass stepside kit. I'd start by looking there. If it is still available, great - if not, they might be able to direct you on where to look.
