just inherited es6000 struts. can I use OME coils?!

My friend got double shipped by 4 wheel parts and ended up with an extra set of procomp es6000 front struts, which I know will fit the truck in my sig. I've been offered an ARB delux winch bar for stupid cheap and wanted to buy the bumper. I know that adding all that weight to the front end usually means getting stiffer coils to compensate for teh weight. What kind of stiffer coils could I use with the procomp struts if any? All of the OME products i've seen add lift, and I wouldn't expect to be able to use struts for stock ride height in lifted coils...

what can I do here? I want to add the arb, but I don't want to loose my handling. Will the ARB make a huge difference? Or will the procomp stuts, which I know many consider 'stiff' be ok with the stock coils and the ARB?

I'm not putting a winch in just yet too...
