I did a straight front conversion on my 91 toyota V6 runner. When I put it into drive there is some vibration coming from the front of the truck. I jacked up the back and put it on stands. I put the tranny into drive to see if the drive shaft was the problem. It doesn't vibrate at all. I hear a clacking noise from the Mid/rear of the tranny. Anyone ever hear of this type of noise on the Auto trannys? The front drive shaft isn't hooked up. Not sure if that could be the source of the noise because it does rotate freely when in drive.
