Muffler From Another Mother

Ok fellas, I did a search for "muffler recommendations" and did some reading, but none that I read seemed to pertain to my goal. I'm leaning toward a more-or-less full Engnbldr 22RE rebuild, RV head/cam, including the stock header, 2" intermediate pipe, high flow cat, "a muffler," and 2.25 exit tubing with stock routing.

Question: I saw lots of recommendations for "loud" or "mean" sounding mufflers, but I'm not interested in that. Being that it's just a little four banger, I'd like a slightly deeper tone than stock, but no "ricey" sound when I put my foot into it. Needless to say, performance is the goal, I just don't want to sound like rice or like a V8 wannabe. Slight tone to indicate a bit more under the hood than stock pretty much sums it up.

Ideas?

flowmaster my good man, not cherry bomb, or cherry bomb glass packs, but dont make it to big, then it should give you a deep rumble instead of a roar or a
raspy noise like those stupid rice burners.

a flowmaster 10 series has a great tone imo, but thats louder than you want i think. i would recomend a magnaflow or a bigger flowmaster.
