Help diagonose the sound

After some light wheeling in my 94 runner with stock suspension where both rear tires were a full droop, (sways still attached), now ive been getting some strange noise that seems to be coming from the front suspension.

When take a left hand turn on road i got a "katchunk" sound that happens around the apex of a turn, and than another "katchunk" when i straighten the wheel back out when exiting the turn. ANY THOUGHTS GUYS?

Thanks in advance

is there a small gouge mark in the frame near where the idler arm connects to the relay rod?.. sometimes, the bushings in the idler arm wear (especially with your milage and recent offroading).. and the end of the idler arm will contact the frame.. or the idler arm bends upward, and will contact the frame. you probably just need to replace the bushings inside your idler arm.

oh... and x2 on the sway bar... you need to inspect and/or replace the sway bar bushings.
